Parties

The Electric Picture Palace is available for parties at times when we are not showing films, but we run these afternoon or evening events as we would normally, ie with commissionaire, front of house staff, usherettes, organist, second feature etc. We are not available on Sundays.

The time period is normally two and a half hours. We can show a large number of films but please let us know what you would like to see. We are happy to make suggestions. If it is a birthday the organ will play “Happy Birthday to You”

The cost is £600 with a £50 non-returnable deposit to book, the balance to be paid seven days before the event. Cheques to “Southwold Film Society” please.

The Bar and Kiosk will be available for sweets, drinks and ice cream.  We can sometimes provide canapes or other refreshments by arrangement,
